The registration fee for physical attendance includes the conference material, the participation in the Welcome Cocktail, coffee breaks and lunch breaks. Registration fee does not cover the cost for the Gala dinner and field trips. Planned technical sessions and all other events will be held in full compliance with the prevailing health and safety measures.
In the case that the conference goes fully virtual, a refund amount equal to the difference with the virtual attendance rate will be applied.

According to the European Commission’s Taxation rules all prices include the VAT refering to the Greek VAT regulation. For VAT recovery in other EU countries please contact local Tax administration offices.
To benefit from the reduced registration fees, students should attach a valid student identity card to the registration form.
Upgrade from Virtual attendance participation to the Physical attendance form is possible at any time after registration is completed by paying the fee difference.

In the case that the conference goes virtual, a refund rate will be
applied. Details will be announced in due time.

Cancellation policy

Notification of cancellation must be sent in writing to info@rawmat2021.gr.
If cancellation is received by July 31, 2021 payments will be refunded minus bank charges and a handling fee of 50 Euro. Between August 1 and 25, 2021, 50% of the registration fees will be refunded. No refunds can be made for cancellations after August 25, 2021. Please note that due to organisational reasons, all refunds will only be processed after the meeting.

The mentioned cancellation policy does not apply in the case of virtual conference format. In this possibility, a refund policy will be announced in due time.
